there is also the non k version available for 2k less..so you can get that if you absolutely dont want to overclock..

I just got the info that core i7 3770k is available in Kolkata.I dont know why those sales people say no again and again at first??? Now a quick thought on 3770 and 3770k?I know I can overclock the K one, but is there any other difference then this?
Also a quick thought on board, P8H77-M against P8Z77-M?

i7 3770k is clocked @3.5Ghz whereas 3770 at 3.4 Ghz, which is the only significant difference apart from overclocking ability. I guess you can go for 3770

And as far as H77 and z77 go go for Z series if you go with K variant and the H variant if you go with 3770.

good choice buddy...you will be surprised to see how easy overclocking is..much easier and safer than what it was some 10 years ago

Hey Finally I am building my PC in 2 days.I got a lot of help from you guys.Now just on the final thoughts about the motherboard, I found ASUS P8Z77- M PRO quiet good in terms of features.I just have to spend a little for this too.But its a mATX board.Will it be good for overclocking in future? I can go with P8Z77- V LX but M PRO has some nice features like eSATA and few more.Plz let me know your thots for this.

Will a mATX board can create problems in future regarding heating and all?But I saw that this board won a lot of awards.
