Can Anybody help me in improving My forum

I have created a Forum,which i can't mention here, It's on Smf but i cannot costumixe it properly because i used to work on vbulletin, but somebody told me that smf is the best for forums and it is comparatively easier to use but now i can post Google Ads on it and recent post etc. Please if anyone know about it please let me know.

Check SMF official mod site, you will find mods for different purposes.
