How to pay BSNL bill online

It is an e world and everyone is too busy to visit the post office to be in a que and pay the bill. BSNL has payment option through selfcare portal whether it is sdc, ndc, wdc or edc.

You can also do payment using portal.bsnl.in.

Reports say it is efficient. You need to signup first to avail this facility.

there are few other options.
1.  register ECS option with your bank and BSNL office. The amount would be autodebited and you would also get 1% discount on bill.

2. Register your phone no. with net-banking bill pay option of your bank or credit card. The bill would be presented to your bank and you can log-in to your net-banking / credit card account and pay online. you also earn credit points  from your net-banking/credit card provider.

for ECS you need to take the mandate form from your Exchange and get it signed by your bank and deposit back to the exchange. its a one time process.

for netbanking/credit card, the option should be available in your netbanking/online credit card portal after you log-in. look for options for bill-payment/utility registration.

It has been one of the most helpful portal for users to pay online. It is user friendly & is functional most of the time without much of errors OR downtime. Saves a lot of time though..
