APC is a decent brand. In my place, I use V Guard UPS too. What is the power rating of projector ? You can talk to the UPS shop person, he will help for such huge orders for sure.

Are you planning a single UPS capable of supporting all systems or one for each ?

ya one ups will take care of only 1 system i.e. 1 projector, 1 cpu and 1 (2.1 channel) speakers.

oh..not 1 for all? I think that would be cheaper and would have a longer battery life..but then will take up space..

Please give power rating of these equipments. Normally a 500VA will be sufficient for a home PC but may vary according to specifications of your hardware. As Rajan suggested, a single equipment will be cost effective and easy to manage.
