Guide with screen shots to find BSNL Dataone Broadband Monthly Usage using BSNL WDC selfcare portal

BSNL is one of the most popular pan India ISP operating with subsidies from government to ensure internet connectivity throughout India including small villages and town. Let us see How to find your BSNL Dataone Broadband monthly usage.

First you need to confirm that your exchange comes under http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal . Use the guide below to see the list of Secondary Switching Area (SSA) that comes under http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal . SSA is mostly your BSNL main exchange and in many cases is your district headquarters.

How to Check BSNL Broadband Usage Details - Tech Forum India

Once you confirm that you fall under wdc selfcare portal, you need to register for an account there. It is very easy and takes less than 2 minutes if you have an active BSNL Dataone Broadband connection. Use this guide to register at BSNL selfcare wdc portal.

Once you have registered at BSNL selfcare wdc portal, you need to log in using your ID and password from Internet Explorer only as other browsers are not supported by the selfcare wdc portal.

After you log in to BSNL selfcare wdc portal, follow these steps to check your monthly usage

My services > VIEW BROADBAND USAGE

Once done properly, you can see the usage as shown in screen shot below.
