First, go to

http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal

Register using the guide below

Log in using your ID and password

You can see the options as in the image below (click to enlarge)

Expand  " My services " from Left Hand Side Menu and you will find the options to

  • View broadband usage
  • View bills
  • Pay bills online
  • and view previous payments made

If you want to check your bill, simply select the corresponding option from the LHS menu and input the values to get the result.

How to check BSNL Broadband usage

1. Go to 'BSNL portal' site
2. Use your BSNL BB portal ID and Password to login
3. check Billed & Unbilled postpaid usage

Nice addition Rupu. Post no. 2 is for users who are still using data.bsnl users to check usage (new users are supposed to use info in post no.1).
