I found two good Asus con-fig's X88VD-VX014D(C2d t6570 GT320M) 31k and another excellent vfm  laptop K52DR-EX144D(AMD Phenom 2 x3n N830, ATI 5470) 35k (please don't say AMD processors are hot!).

I am not able to find Lenovo, Dell and Acer con-figs  with discrete graphics, they just have Intel GMA(HM 55) at this price range

My budget is 30k max

Nah, AMD processors never are hot, own an AMD Phenom X4 925 2.8ghz and is definitely better than the i5 that was available for the same price
