BSNL Online Grievance Registration Form

I don't know if you know this or not but i'm still posting it as it will be helpful to many members here

Now,any BSNL Customer from Any State & City can register their complaints online regarding any BSNL Service or Product be it a Broadband or Mobile or Landline or WLL.

Actually, i was having some trouble with my BSNL Prepaid Service.so,i tried calling customer care but no one seem to respond or call back.
Today i lodged my complaint online & within 3 Hours i got a call from my Local BSNL Office regarding the complaint.
