In which format are you trying to write. Some formats give higher data. There are many like PAL, NTSC etc. Choose the one which use lesser space. I am not sure why it is not working for you. For me it takes time, but works fine.

Please just write the steps so that it should WORK FOR ME TOO.
Neither pal nor ntsc works, both of them takes a lot of space, which of them is better
Please write steps.

1. Open Nero 7.5

2. Favourites > Make your own DVD - video

3. Add video files

4.  More  > Video options > DVD video tab > Quality settings

5. Choose the one with lowest size.

6. Do not select fit to disc

7. Add other files

8. Burn

arey baba, It will run as long as your DVD player supports DiVX. In the 5 in 1 DVDs i have (got free with TV) they are all written as data files, no folder for video audio etc that you see in original DVDs.
You will have to select the movie in a menu, thats it.
